Cleaning Service Policies/Terms/Conditions

 

LMC Cleaning values your home and appreciates your business.  

For both the protection of our clients and our company please review the following policies. 

 

LMC Cleaning is a licensed, professional house cleaning service that is fully insured with 1,000,000 in general liability insurance for your protection.

 

All cleaning supplies and equipment are furnished by LMC Cleaning.  If you have a specific cleaning product that you prefer please inform us in advance and have it accessible to us for your cleaning service.

 

Our normal working hours are Monday - Friday. Saturday appointments are available for one-time

thorough cleanings, move-in/out cleanings and holiday and party assistance.

 

Payment for Services

Payment for your cleaning service is due, in full, at time of service unless pre-arranged.  We gladly accept payment in the following forms:

Cash

Personal Check (Please make checks payable to LMC Cleaning)

Credit Cards (credit card payments are processed through PayPal)

If you are making payment by credit card, payment must be made by 7:00 A.M. the day of cleaning.

Please Note* If we arrive to clean and there is no payment, we will contact you immediately for a credit

card. If you are not available or do not wish to use a credit card, we will have to reschedule your

appointment.

 

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning service, please provide at least 24 hours notice.

Once we take a reservation, we hold that time slot open for you and turn away other potential customers in order to ensure your time frame.  If your cleaning service appointment is not cancelled within 24 hours you will be responsible for 50% of your regular cleaning service price.

 

Refunds

Since cleaning is a very personalized and subjective service, we cannot offer refunds to customers.

However, we want you to be 100% satisfied, which is why we offer a 24-Hour Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your cleaning service for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will return to re-clean the area/areas you are dissatisfied with at no additional cost to you.

 

Illness

If you or anyone in your family gets a contagious illness, please be considerate of us and call to reschedule your cleaning after the illness is gone.


Privacy Policy

We do not share the information gathered through this web site or any personal information with any other third party.

 

Extra Services

If you require extra services or additional cleaning on your scheduled cleaning day, please contact us 48 hours in advance so we may allow the extra time needed at your home and we can give you a price quote for the additional service or services.

 

Employees

Our employees are very important to us, and we are very serious about keeping them safe, so they do not move anything heavier than 35 lbs. These types of activities put our employees in danger of back injury or could even damage your flooring. If you would like us to clean behind appliances like a refrigerator, oven or sofa, please move it prior to the cleaning to allow access to the desired area.

 

Tipping

LMC Cleaning never requires tipping, but it is a powerful way to say thank you to your service provider.  Remember your appreciation need not be monetary.  A personal note from you expressing your appreciation for their service can mean a great deal.   

 

Loss and Damage  

LMC Cleaning is willing to pay for damage up to $50.  In this instance we will need pictures of the item, a price from a reliable source or original receipt, and a written statement explaining what happened and how our service provider was involved.
